Other shipping methods and destinations are available and quoted at checkout. We will do our best to ship the same day if your order is placed prior to 12:00 CST.

Tyler Tool Company will credit you for any stock item returned UNUSED in original carton for any reason within 30 days of original purchase. Any item needing to be returned please contact us for details. Please pack item and ship back with a copy of your invoice and a note (save your original), and we will promptly credit your account in the same manner you purchased (ie.credit card or check.) A copy of your Credit will be mailed to you immediately. Customer is responsible for all freight charges unless it was our error. Special order items or close-outs are not returnable. Some items may be subject to a restocking charge. Warranty for all Leatherman Products are handled by Leatherman and warranty information is included with each item purchased.

Please inspect your packages carefully upon receipt. Claims for damages must be filed with the carrier. We will be glad to assist in any way possible in the event of a damaged package.

Shipping charges will be listed at the time of check out. Standard shipping for the continental United States is $6.95. We currently ship to the United States only!
